We consider your order a final sale once your order has been placed and paid for.
We do not offer exchanges on any items.

Please be very aware of the Size, Item, and Address before you check out.
Once you have placed your order, we do not change Items, Sizes, or Address on orders.
Once an item has gone on sale, and that sale item has been placed and paid for, THAT IS CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE.
PREORDERS:
All preorders will be provided with a date that the item will be shipped.
It is very important that you the buyer read all the information that is provided for all “preorder items.”
Your order will be treated as a regular order once your order has been placed.
Harmony’s Beauty Gallery WILL NOT and CANNOT change Sizes, Items or Addresses on any pre-orders.
If you purchase multiple items with your order we do “NOT” ship them separately.
All items will be shipped together with your preorder. If you would like your items shipped separately
you the buyer “MUST” pay for additional shipping cost. You may request to pay for additional shipping cost by
emailing harmonysbeautygallery@gmail. com with the Subject: “Additional Shipping Cost.”

DAMAGE PRODUCTS:
Harmony’s Beauty Gallery is not responsible for damaged products.
LOST, STOLEN, & DAMAGED PACKAGES:
Harmony’s Beauty Gallery will not be held Liable, Responsible or Accountable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once shipped,
or through transit with USPS, or any other shipping service of our choosing. If your order is lost, damaged or stolen Please contact USPS,
or the shipping service that was chosen immediately for assistance.
Some packages come with insurance. If you are unsure and want to add insurance please email harmonysbeautygallery@gmail. com
with the Subject: Package Insurance.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.
SHIPPING:
Once a package has left our possession. We, Harmony’s Beauty Gallery will not be held liable, responsible or accountable for any Lost, Stolen or Damaged
packages once shipped or through transit. Be advised and note that you can add insurance to your packages. If your order is returned to us because of improper
address, or you did not pick up or claim your package with USPS or any other shipping service of our choosing, YOU will be charged a reship fee to reship the item(s)
back to you. If you do not request for the item(s) to be reshipped back to you, the item(s) will not be reshipped.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS.
Standard shipping is 3 – 10 Business days for delivery.
Please take into account that due to Covid-19, Holidays and Weather may cause a delay in delivery.
